I started my career studying the stars – literally, celestial mechanics at Caltech! – but I found my calling in the financial markets.

Over three decades, I’ve led investment strategy across public and private markets, focusing on building scalable portfolios and resilient investment processes. I’ve managed multi-billion-dollar mandates, structured UCITS and Cayman funds, and advised on Sharia-compliant vehicles. From designing equity models in the US to launching an investment office in Hong Kong, I’ve always gravitated toward challenges that demand technical depth and cross-cultural fluency.

Now, I’m working independently on select mandates while actively exploring long-term opportunities — particularly in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. I aim to create environments where teams are empowered and diverse perspectives are encouraged.

I believe curiosity is the best risk management tool. Outside of work, I usually spend my time exploring AI and machine learning subjects, travelling, and trying to improve my wine knowledge (slowly but surely!).
